Types of Coaches

1. Professional/Personal Life Coach – focuses on where you are now; help you figure out how to change what you’re doing now to move ahead to what you want to do right now and in the future, so you can be done with your current situation. You will be motivated and inspired to be the best you can be. Help you focus on your amazing unique skills and talents. Personal Development.

2. Pet Clinical Chaplain/Coach - offers all faiths and spiritual beliefs, atheists, and agnostics spiritual support and prayers to people and their pets. If you’re deciding what is best for your beloved pet’s life or if you must say “goodbye” give yourself the gift of “grief care.” Your chaplain will listen, show compassion, kindness, love, and understanding you deserve to begin the healing journey.

3. Spiritual Coach – focuses on helping you self-discover and listen to your inner voice of your truth. Unleash your meaning and purpose, passion, greatness, wisdom, strength, courage, and love. Not a substitute for psychotherapy counseling.

4. Career Coach - focuses on work and career or issues around careers. It is similar in nature to career counseling and traditional counseling. Career coaching is not to be confused with life coaching, which concentrates on personal development.

5. Psychological Therapy/Counselor – deals with a person’s past and how they got to the point where they presently are. The hope is that, by understanding what motivates them, they can fix what may be holding them back and move on. This is also helpful if you’re trying to find out if you have a psychological disorder like depression, bi-polar, ADHD, PTSD, etc. You would work with a licensed professional: Psychiatrist, Clinical Psychologist, MFT, LCSW.

6. Integrative Health Coach - (IHC) empowers you to make lasting health behavior changes that are the cornerstones of lifelong well-being. It bridges the gap between medical recommendations and your abilities to successfully implement those recommendations into your complex life.
